My brother got married back in March, but they had a small ceremony. My brother requested a cake with a red fish jumping out of water. The bottom tier is red velvet and the top tier is chocolate. The fish is made of rice krispie treats covered in marshmallow fondant.

Friday, June 29, 2012. In which I make jalapeno poppers! Two 8 oz of regular cream cheese. Cut your jalapenos like this. Start cooking a whole pound of bacon. Yum! Add crunched up bacon to softened cream cheese. Then add about 3-4 cups shredded cheddar cheese. I kinda go by looks. Mix it all up! Then stuff jalapenos. Then you broil them until they are slightly toasty on the top.
